Some ideas for cheats are : 

Bright map

Kill and destroy everything with the delete button

Can control animals (using enable cheating by typing "gaia" command)

If you can turn off enable cheating but still use enable cheating, that would be great

Hey, would "Age of Empires: Definitive Edition" work as an equivalent to your needs or does it have to be the 1997 edition? I believe they're the same game, but definitive edition is updated.
The main problem I'm having is investing time into the obsolete version to the game opposed to the updated version that compatibility is more guaranteed on so others can also use the table.

Right, the link keeps getting removed because its still under copyrights owned by Microsoft and can't be shared here. You legally cannot download it for free.
If it must be the original, I'll see if I can buy it somewhere.

It's been nearly 30 years now, my country only has that version and only plays that version.

Unfortunately,  no. I have to abide by my countries laws and regulations. Once I find a place to legally purchase it I'll look into making a cheat table. That's not to say someone else already has one and would be so generous to post it.
